good quality construction but poor design...must remove for pets to defecate and for males to relieve themselves.Portion around rear is too large and bulky and needs to be removed for pet to defecate;Needs more support around rear and rear limbs to assist large pets properly from laying down to standingI purchased an XL for 120 lb male dog and the circumference near the tail is too large.

I really like the concept and I measured my pet before purchasing, but the harness just slides right off his behind. It won't stay in place so I am unable to use like I want. I will use it as a lift harness when needed. I can say this will probably work for some pets but just be careful if they are older and have lost muscle mass.

I have a medium size Aussie for reference 19” tall. This one is no better quality than the cheaper one and I measured her but the size didn’t fit well at all. Tight on the waist and loose on the bum side. Leg holds were right fit. This harness falls off the bum almost instantly. Worst one I’ve ordered. I finally found one that is decent for cheaper that has a larger length waist for $35. Find that one! It’s all black and you can put it on while they are standing and clip it instead of making them step into the foot circles. It’s so much better. This one was just all in all disappointing.

My Klee Kai (25lbs), needed help getting around due to steroids killing her muscles during treatment. This really helped her keep some strength and is great now that she’s on the mend to keep her moving without overdoing it. Pretty easy to use and once she got used to it, it seemed quite comfortable for her. Glad I got this during her illness/recovery.

I used this product to help construct a kitty walker for a pet that needed an aid.It was perfect. It was soft and durable.Really great and will buy again if making a second one.

The harness itself uses strong materials. But the design of it is lacking. We have a male Rottie. If we put it on him like they tell us to, he is not able to pee, as it covers up his junk. We have to flip it around then his junk is exposed and allows him to pee. But pooping is not possible as it all bunches up so bad in the back and covers is bum.

My dog was sent home from vet hospital with a larger size harness (same brand). It got a little stretched out and was falling off his rump. Ordered the next size smaller and it’s working out perfectly. He wears this all the time, as I have to assist him in getting around. It washes up nicely and I tumble dry it on delicate. I really like the padded handle grip that keeps the 2 straps together. This is a well designed quality product.

15 lb dachshund had back surgery….we bought the small/medium. This harness comfortable and very helpful. I only wish it came in a smaller size and there was a cutout for him to urinate. Maybe there is a male-female option but I did not see one here. We ended up cutting it a bit to allow for this and it helped. We tried a few other options but came back to this one. Overall, this is our pick.

This harness works great for my elderly dog with arthritis. We had been using a sling, but this works a lot better for her. Her weight is more evenly distributed, and she can walk easier with this harness. I also like that it isn't putting pressure on her bladder. I wish we had tried this sooner!

For us this was a lifesaver enabling our dog to go to the bathroom both ends without material getting saturated or soiled. The material is very soft , I suggest buying a larger size if you're unsure therefore it won't cut off circulation to the dog's legs. My dog is 130 lb and we bought the extra large it's loose due to muscle degeration, however it works perfect and supports him to learn how to walk after his total hip replacement. We useed the traditional under the belly hammock Style with handles and it was getting in the way for our male dog to urinate I had to clean it each time.We are so happy we have this new harness, it is saving our backs and I don't need my husband's help I can do it as one person. Than you!Also it can stay on without having to slip it under him every time.

Retuned as it was a very poor fit. Couldn't see how the materials justified the cost.

My 66# boxer/beagle became paralyzed in his rear end, both legs and tail. The ER was using this sling but did not have one that I could take home. I needed one quickly and ordered one on prime. It was 5 days being delivered. Virtually impossible to to keep up on the backend, the straps are not adjustable and put a severe strain on my back as I needed to stoop over to carry him. My wife is not able too use it. I was not able to send it back as I needed something NOW and could not wait for any type of exchange due to the long delivery time. ( I needed to make this work ). Now that he is showing it some recovery I am able to start looking for a different product.
