Tools are not enough to remove the broken glass. A lot more needed. It’s smaller than its supposed to be. Glue not included. I glued the glass and realized how it’s not perfect fit it’s smaller. Had to spend 2 hours to remove it again, glass breaks in millions of pieces. Had to take it to a shop to get it fixed.

Superbe qualité j’ai été vraiment surpris !! Pas facile a remplacer, si vous êtes bricoleur allez-y avec votre patience et vous y arriverais … en plus on ne le vois pas dans l’annonce mais il y a bien le fameux logo…😉👍À acheter !!

An employee at the Apple store told me I could probably replace the back glass on my phone myself so I bought this, and now my hands have several cuts from one of the tools, burns from the phone, and half of the included knife blade is stuck behind the glass around my camera. This equipment isn't very good quality and this is not a repair you can do yourself - I don't believe this is even a repair that can be done at all. Even worse my phone - which I just had a new battery and display put it - is continually very hot and losing charge quickly.Please, please heed this warning and either replace your phone or leave it cracked.

It takes a great product for me to give 5 stars for the item I’m buying. And this I’m going to give 5 stars to because it’s definitely worth the 5 stars. Apple wants a fortune to replace this back piece of glass on the iPhone, you might as well buy a new phone, and even repair shops want way more than this piece of glass is worth. So I decided to give this a try after I dropped my phone and shattered the back piece of glass. It took between 20 and 30 minutes to complete and it was a piece of cake to fix. I’m not sure why others had issues with it, but for myself it was very easy. Was hoping the gold color was a little more gold looking, but for the cost to replace this I’ll take the more dull color. I’m just grateful that I don’t need to purchase a new phone right now.

I was hesitant but I read the reviews and this fits the phone perfectly. My phone looks brand new.
