The item comes folded and is so easy to extend the metal pieces into place. There was a one page paper of "instructions" for how to open up the item and even comes with a little bag to store when the extensions are folded back into place.I wasn't quite sure how this would help my stretching. I mimicked what I saw in the photo on the instruction sheet, but I didn't feel anything. It took a couple minutes to find the "sweet spot" for my back and shoulders to feel the stretching.Here's my tip: I'm 5'4" ... I put elbows behind the horizontal bars and lowered my hands to the area where I would put my hands in my front pockets. THAT was the sweet spot for me. When I place my hands at the front of my waist like that I can feel the stretch and more correct placement of my shoulders. When my hands are down like in the photo included in this online photo it's just a different stretch.I'm giving this 4 stars because it works fine. It would've been good to include a little more instruction of how to use it and the expectations in the included handout. A little more cushioning would also be helpful in the upper back area. I'm keeping this device nearby as a reminder to use it a few times a day for the stretching and potential posture improvement.

This posture tool is OK but the vertical pole is a bit too short. Or at least too short on one end. The upper portion only reaches to the base of my neck. The lower portion goes well below my but cheeks. Perhaps centered isn't ideal. The top should be longer than the bottom so you can better support your head posture. Quality seems to be OK. Although the carry pouch is cheaply made.

In the midst of starting PT after spinal surgery, I find this tool to be very useful as something (along with a yoga stick) to keep behind the bedroom door to grab randomly throughout the day to just give me a sense of where my body is in space (proprioception) and most-importantly it reminds me to work on my posture every day. It also serves as a gentle way to stretch the lower back and upper torso while also keeping things aligned so I can twist at the waist in the doc's suggested manner.The tool assembles and disassembles quickly, although the term 'assemble' isn't really appropriate. The device uses bungee cords that connect each cross member directly to the center piece. At first the tubes take a little bit of force to seat properly and to pull them out, but that gets easier with time. It's takes less than ten seconds to 'assemble' and about 15 to undo it and gather the tubes with the attached hub and insert in the provided bag for storage or for travel to the gym or vacay.It would be nice if it included a hook-and-loop closure and specifically one that stays attached to the device so you can keep the tubes together for safety. As it is, the bag's shape is what keeps things orderly. The possibility exists for the device to spring apart causing harm or damage. That's my basis for going with four stars. I've attached a pair that I already have for bundling rope, cords, etc.Otherwise, it's a great value with comfortable padding. If it fails, it will be because of daily use over many years, and not poor construction.

Pretty cool well-designed back straightener and posture corrector set of cross bars.Super easy assembly/unassembly if you want to call it . Comes with instructions but you wont really need it , very intuitive. Basically take it out of box and set bars (which are pre-connected with a string) into holes and set like a plus sign thats it. Voila its ready to use. That simple. Also included is a storage bag.Have tried many different connect yoga sticks kinds this is by far most ready non-shaky and easy to use design.Feel a good stretch , take a long breath and relax while you straighten your spine and arms around touching edges , love that feeling. Great rehab or stretching or posture corrector tool.Cons: Honestly, I think length of bars could be a little longer this may not work for everyone and foam quality it entangles body hair cmon its used by men too :-). Otherwise I love it.

This posture stick was easy to assemble, easy to break down, and simple to store—definitely wins points for convenience. Using it is also pretty straightforward, and I could feel it working right away.At 61, I’ve started to notice the toll of years spent looking down at phones and screens—my posture, especially my neck, has suffered. This tool helps counter that slumped “tech neck” feeling and encourages better alignment.That said, it would’ve been more helpful with detailed instructions or a quick guide on how long and how often to use it, especially for those dealing with chronic posture issues.Overall, it’s a great addition to a daily stretching or mobility routine. Just be prepared to do a bit of research on best practices.

I love how they made this. At first I thought I would have to screw the thing together. I did not. Each one of the sticks pull out so you can fold this up and store it in the carry bag, that was included. It is sturdy. Easy to put together, less than a minute and exactly what I wanted l.

I’ve had a couple of accidents over the years and poor posture since childhood, so I’m always looking for simple tools to support my physical therapy routine. This yoga stick is well-built - made of stainless steel, not the cheap plastic you see in a lot of others - and it holds up well during use. It folds up easily and comes with a compact carry pouch which makes it great for travel or quick storage. I use it daily for a few minutes to open up my shoulders and stretch my back, and it’s already making a difference. Solid, straightforward, and worth it.
