As Dara’s I know this is the best I can get. It chews through even the crappiest saw teeth I’ve presented it. No complaints or improvements.

used to sharpen a 4 TPI Disston D-8 rip saw, works super well. The saw teeth were correct shape but dull. Two passes on each tooth and it goes through oak like it was pine! Cuts fast.

received one single file, as opposed to the previous reviews stating that the product was a box of 10 weighing 2.5 pounds. Don't know how one single 4oz file weighs 2.5 pounds in a plastic bag for shipping, but whatever. If I had thought that I was getting one single file, I wouldn't have purchased this for $14. Not even close. I'd have bought from somewhere else for the usual price of $3-4 per file.

Surprise! This was not the file pictured: there is no ergo handle, which is not a problem for me. Even more surprising, I received a box of 10 files (which was not stated, although does weigh about the 2.4 lbs listed), making this a very good deal on European-made saw files. The quality of the teeth and shaping is very high, and so far the steel is holding up well. I am very satisfied with the purchase, even though it was not at all what I expected.
