This Set of 2 Commercial Grade Stainless Steel 18 x 13 Inch Baking Sheets arrived gleaming and perfect! They are much heavier than most baking sheets found in the housewares section of local stores. They don't have that flimsy, barely thicker than aluminum foil feel to them. The pans are a breeze to clean! I've used them 3 or 4 times and they look brand new after each use. To clarify, I always line my sheet pans with foil or parchment, so my baking sheets don't get much burnt on gunk. The size is perfect, they hold a lot of food! They heat up well and the only complaint I have is that the pans did warp at 400 degrees. Not a huge, splatter-grease-all-over-the-oven, type of warp. It was just under an inch that two opposite corners popped up loudly. The warp did appear to resolve after the pan had cooled. In fact, if the product description had not boasted so much about being 99.99% warp resistant at 450 degrees, I probably would not have taken off a star for warping at 400 degrees. Overall, these pans are quite nice for the price and even with minor warping, I think they will hold up for years with average use.

These are pretty nice baking pans. They are thicker than the usual kind you find in multi-packs in the supermarket. They are made from what the vendor calls “commercial grade” steel. The sheets have a shiny finish. I did notice after some use that oil will bake on and glaze/tarnish the surface. This is despite taking the greatest care with the sheets. I was hoping they’d retain their fine finish indefinitely. Only time will tell, I could be asking the impossible here?I did notice that telltale “clang” that the sheets were bending and this was heating chicken breasts at 350 degrees so I think there’s some question about their ability to be used without compromise up to 450 degrees as stated. That said, after cooling the sheets did return to their flat state. I’m just pointing out my own experience.I will continue to use these for cooking. The larger size pan will be great for roasting multiple vegetables all at once and, despite my small reservations, I’m sure these will integrate into my kitchen sphere very well.

Haven't used them yet. Too early to give a review. 5 stars is based on looks.

They look nice. But they aren't durable. Their claim of being solid up to 450° isn't really true. The Baking Sheet constantly bends and pops up from temperatures much lower than that. The pic I attached to this is of the Baking Sheet in an oven at a temperature around 300°. These just aren't sturdy at all.

I've been making quantities of cookies for church events, and this set of pans has gotten lots of use. I start with half-sheet size pans and fill in the end of a batch with one of the smaller pans.I line them with silicone mats for spritz and sugar cookies and with parchment paper for other cookie types. The mirror finish cleans beautifully with a swipe of soapy water. The biggest pan did warp in the oven a couple of times, but always flattened out when cooling.

There's some weight to it- not to thin. very impressed. Already used a few times.

Surprised how well these actually work. Looked a bit flimsy but hold up really well. The mirror looking top actually stays that way after cooking and cleaning. Very pleased.
