Combined with a sitting box, a Reformer can help people perform a variety of exercises, such as the Short Box Series and Mermaid. In order to properly perform these exercises, with or without a Pilates instructor, you must use the sitting box with a foot strap. Our Metro IQ Reformer foot strap is designed to secure your feet while you're doing exercises on the sitting box. Our Reformers have built-in attachment points where you can easily install the foot strap. This footstrap is available in durable cotton or padded options and measures 30.5-inch and is designed specifically for the Metro IQ Reformers, but you can use it with others if you think the length suits you.
