This is not rated for 350lbs. The manual cleaning states 300lbs is its max. Also the height range is wrong. Max person height would be 5’10” not 6’6” as stated. I’m 5’11” at at the max height adjustment of the table my shoulder rest on the neck pads when inverting. Can’t get a full stretch as they stop me. The feet locking mechanism is also very poor design. Sometimes it does not lock correctly and will pop open. Major safety risk! Weight distribution of the user is also not at the pivot point, this causes the table to be off balance once inverted. it takes a lot of muscle to pull yourself back up from the least inversion set point if you don’t have a spotter. If you go full inversion you will be stuck upside down without a spotter to help tip you back up. The instructions are also very vague on how to put the table together. The verbiage is clearly a very poor translation that the maker never had revised and the diagrams are not very clear either. If you like getting stuck upside down, maybe falling on your head, or just throwing money away then this is the table do you!

Was missing pieces and has cheap parts and isn’t nearly as good as the inversion table I bought several years ago but it does the basic function of what it is supposed to. Cheap but functional is what I would describe it as.

Overall, it's not bad for the price.. the hardware package was broken open, many of the screws were adrift in the box, but none escaped. The safety belt was not enclosed, but I wasn't planning on using it anyway. The instructions are clumsy, sometimes they say to include flat washers, most of the time no, so I ended up with a bunch "left over" - they'll go in my bin in the garage. Best to use your own allen wrench and sockets and assembly will go faster than with the box wrench and hex wrench included (which had the long end ground into a phillips tip - oddly enough since there are no phillips screws involved, that end as a hex would have been handy).I'm 6'5" (77") which is apparently slightly taller than it converts from Chinese centimeters ( I admit I was skeptical with their 80" height figure - maybe that's the box size) - you'll need to drill an extra hole at the top of the "leg bar" to put the safety pin in if you desire it - I'm not sure it's necessary. At 250lbs, I'm well under the 300 lb weight limit (NOT 350 as it says in the description), but I need to add about a 5- 10 lb weight on the height bar to get the balance right at the max height limit. OK, enough 'dis'.On the plus side - it's sturdy and relatively well made, not difficult to assemble if you read the instructions carefully (and between the lines) including at least once before you start, (and if you made sure all the parts arrived). Many of the drawings are helpful (a couple aren't particularly). If you do have back issues (and I assume that's why you are buying one), the box is heavy and you'll probably need some help moving it from where it's delivered to your assembly area.If you aren't at the extremes of it's (unspecified) height or specified weight limits you'll find it quite satisfactory. I particularly like the assist handles - those were not part of my 30-year old inversion table (which is more "flimsy" and no longer serviceable), and quite handy while getting the height/balance adjusted. I've not used the more expensive ($200+) ones to compare 'features' (if they are worth the extra money) , but this one does the job.If you are 6'6" or taller, definitely pass this one up - if you're 6'4" to 6'5" , then YMMV ("your mileage may vary")And if continued use reveals problems I don't foresee at present, I'll update my review.

Really satisfied with the whole thing from beginning to end. I wish all companies would be like this one, so there would be no time waisted on complaints, returns etc...Thank you and keep up the good work.

I ordered this product to replace the one I was unable to move to my new home. I received the product but the four pads for the foot holders are missing thus rendering the product completely useless. I called the support phone number and it immediately went to voicemail which said their mailbox is full so I couldn't leave a message. The other option of contacting them on their website says they will respond in 1-2 days isn't a good option because it seems this company company has decided to make the labor day weekend a 4 day weekend by taking Friday off. Now I get to spend the next 5 days or more with back pain that will ruin my labor day weekend and more days after that. Amazon gave me the following link (Support@BalanceFrom) and it didn't work. I then went to the main website for the company and clicked on "contact us" and all that did was give me the same link that doesn't work just like before. Of course I discovered the parts were missing after completing all but the last step of assembly which is to install the missing pads. Assembling the item made my pain far worse and I doubt I can disassemble it to return it but what choice do I have?

Not bad for the price but UPS could have been a bit nicer to the package, it was so tore up and some parts were damaged but I’m tired of the shipping game so I just made it work.

great price, light weight, easy to use, it do requires some assembling, however, a good deal, easy to fold up and move out of the way..
