This is a replacement for the same weather station that I previously used. On that one, the outside sensor gave up after 2-3 years. But since I really liked it, I decided to replace it with the same. So far it’s working very well. Recently had it in Flagstaff, where the overnight temps dropped to about 24. Still working well.

I got 2 of these for my summer home that I keep open ur round. I can view in my camera the inside temp. It’s a back up to the thermostat. Perfect function and accurate reading the temp.

The time is set automatically, but it shows EST. Can’t change it to PST.

La publicidad es engañosa. Para que se vea como en la descripción hay que apretarle un boton para que prenda la luz la pantalla. En modo normal no se ve mucho a no ser de que estes de frente. No vale la pena

The display is good and easy to read. This would have been a nice device, but for the poor interface/setup and poorly-written instructions.Setting the time wasn't that big a deal, but the thing seemed to endlessly search for, find, and then search again for the transmitter with distracting/annoying animations until I popped the batteries out and re-did all of the settings from scratch. The guide is confusing. It refers to various functions by acronym without defining anything. Tip: Hit Google and make notes in the margins.Tip 2: Remove the batteries from the receiver and start over whenever you encounter any weirdness. It has no retention when batteries are changed, so keep the book handy.

The sensor developed a glitch. Contacted company. They quickly sent to me a new one. Very good customer service.Does what it is supposed to do. Set up was not difficult. Had to adjust for my time zone, but that was all I had to do. At first I used new, but off-brand batteries - things would not work correctly. Put in better batteries and things worked fine.

I've been using this thermometer for several days now and I've been extremely impressed with its accuracy. The display is also very clear and easy to read, even from across the room.I love that the outdoor sensor is wireless and has such a good range. The backlight is also very handy for viewing the temperature in low light conditions.Another great feature of this thermometer is the min/max records and trend arrows. This allows me to see the highest and lowest temperatures for the day, as well as the trend in temperature over time. Finally, this thermometer is very easy to set up and use. It comes with clear instructions and I was able to have it up and running in minutes.Overall, I'm extremely happy with the BALDR indoor outdoor thermometer. It's accurate, easy to use, and has all the features I need. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is a simple, easy to use, basic weather station with one sensor, expandable to three sensors via Baldr sensors available on Amazon. When installed, there are provisions for looping through the additional sensors on the display. The data on the photo of the box shows the basic specifications, most of which I could verify by comparing with other weather stations I have available or through the Baldr technical support line. I tested the sensor down to 0 degrees F, and adjacent to display, which it agrees with (see photo). The batteries WERE included, two AAA for the display and two AA for the sensor. There is a low battery indication when the batteries need replacement. The battery cover for the display was easily removed with a coin. The manual states that the forecast display is 70-75% accurate -- no algorithm was specified, but from my observation this seemed to be true. The display is a simple B-W LCD viewable from a view feet away, or by pressing a button for a backlight, which turns off after 20 seconds. The display can be hung on a wall with a nail, or placed on a nightstand with the sturdy folding stand. I would recommend hanging the sensor with a bent wire, as there isn't enough support for a nail. Clear instructions are given in the manual for how to place it. The alarm clock seems accurate, although most customers these days will have smart phones to wake them up. At the price, this is a good value.
