It's much bigger than it looked from the picture on the store page. I love quick release ballheads, and this one is fantastic. It has all of the features that I was looking for and holds my DSLR camera quite well without any give when connected. The adjustment knobs feel really good - as a matter of fact, I like that the main adjustment for the ballhead is larger than normal, making it easy to turn. It also has a separate knob for panning, which is nice because some ballheads integrate the ballhead adjustment with the panning option.My small gripe is that the packaging did not include an adapter for smaller threading. Luckily, I had an extra one to use, but be wary that if your tripods use a smaller thread, you'll need an adapter for the bottom of the ballhead. Overall though, I really like the quality of the ballhead, and the quick release attachment for the camera.

It is on the medium size category. It has smooth pan adjustment with little bit resistance and the ball head movement also have a little bit resistance to make it smooth adjustment.The quick release arca swiss compatible is longer than normal which is good for balancing longer zoom lens. The QR plate comes with 2 crews attached, for my usage I only need one so I take out one screwIt has a hex wrench that can be used to tighten the d mount screw and it has a magnet pin to secure it in place below the qr plate.I tested it with my Benro Induro tripod and mount my Sony A7IV with Tamron 35-150, and it works just fine.Overall it is a good design and works well for medium weight camera setup.
