If I could give negative Zero I would. I purchased three sets of these bars and got two, they claim the sent all three one box had two sets which is a lie. I hired several people to install them after waiting nearly a month we are 8 feet short. Installing the rails was a pain, they could have better placement by making it half inch or more longer base for the screws, drilling them was a pain.The screws they sent kept breaking in the wood, cheap screws. The wood was another problem they sent two different kinds and two different sizes, one set 48 inch and wood had to be sanded the other 47 inc inch nice and smooth oak.So angry with this company, zero customer service, they keep repeating the same thing, they say second box was 45 pounds and first was 25, if second box is two sets should it not be 50 pounds.I have tried everything to get the last set and wood that matches and has same color and type that is 48 inch but so far nothing.
