I bought this belt for my 2006 Gen 2 Prius, however, the part does not fit. The Amazon car fit checker indicated it would fit the Prius. Before I removed the original I could see the 4PK 865 part was wider and had an extra rib. I checked the Bando website and the recommended part # for the 2006 Prius was the 3PK 860. The 3 indicates the number of ribs (the number of ribs is one more than the number of "slots"), the P indicates metric, the K indicates the size of the ribs (3.56 mm) and 860 is the belt length in mm. I installed the 3PK 860 and it fit perfectly. The one star rating is really a review of the parts checking algorithm. The Bando part itself seems fine.

I installed this belt and tensioned it correctly. About three weeks later, it started to squeal and I tightened it again. It was OK for about a week then started to squeal again. Has done this three times now. This belt does not appear to be made of good materials as it seems to be stretchy. The last belt I installed on this car lasted 10 years without a problem.
