I’ve been running this setup in my truck for 4 years now and it’s great. Truck is pushing 800hp and she never gets hot. You’ll see the difference in size just opening the box, it’s huge lol. Highly recommend this product.

This intercooler kit did what was claimed...the EGT runs cooler than stock by at least 200 degrees at the manifold, and the turbo boost is around 10 PSI higher than I've ever seen. This is specific for the years that had the plastic tanks--mine is an '05; I looked at a friends '07 and his stock intercooler looked as beefy as the Banks. The instructions are clear, and as long as you have a series of holes along the sides of your A/C condenser, everything fits in there as advertised. My plastic tanks started to separate and over the course of just a few hundred miles I was getting no boost. This kit was the perfect fix!

Good quality. I cant judge if it helped pressure drop much because I swapped too many parts at the same time. Had to knock it a star because it requires a stock ac condensor with movable brackets. Good luck finding one of these. I was going to swap condensors, but stuck the old one back in. Hope it lasts. They could have done much better. If you have an auxillary front fan, it will be in or skimming the grill - this ataac is a bit deeper.

I have an 05 Cummins and I blew up my intercooler towing this year. The price of another stock intercooler was ridiculous for something that would just blow up again. Not only is this intercooler allot bigger and way way better built, it looks really cool and was pretty simple to install.

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins with the plastic tank intercooler and do alot of towing with my boat and 5th wheel and wanted to get rid of this before it left me stranded along side the road. I did quite a bit of research before I ordered the Banks Techni-Cooler intercooler system and decided to go with this set-up because Banks engineers and manufactures a great line of products. The installation took me about 6 hrs, the instructions that came with it said about 4 1/2 hrs but then I'm 61 years old and don't work at fast of pace as I use to. Everything mounted up great without any issues and all looks great and works wonderful. I also installed the Banks exhaust brake the next day, and this system was also really nice to install and work with. Couldn't be more pleased with the results and have a much better truck to drive and pull with now.
