I was pleasantly surprised to see how well made it was when i got it. My land lord would not replace the air conditioner, so I fixed it myself, like many things around my apartment. So when I attached this cord the air conditioner started right up with no problems. Now, im nice and cool in my apartment. Its so nice. Happy fixing

Little work thicker wire but that it fits and works ordered 14 g maybe should ha e ordered 18 g but runs powers up cools misbehave it running for winter inside so this I fit into a 5500 but portable noma. Very happy it did fit and work..

I used this to replace the power cord on my portable air conditioner and it worked perfectly. I did have to cut off the spade connectors and crimp on ring terminals to make it work with my unit but once that was all done the unit turned on and is working perfectly now.

Changed my AC melted plug.A little shorter then the original (3inches) and seems a little too sensitive over high wattage tripping. But it fixed my AC not working which is welcome during 31'C summer days.

Great power cord, if you’re a prime member it got to my house within 24 hours so that’s FANTASTIC. Saved my butt after my dog chewed my old cord the week of a heat wave.
