The unit is pretty sturdy. No worries of it falling over. The putting together is pretty basic but the tube is extremely a tight fit.. and that's good. That allows the stiff adjustments needed that won't cause it to pop out. The rubber top that fits on the tube can easy pop off since it is only held on by friction. Adjust by the tube and there won't be problem.The suction is okay. It gets the fumes within a few inches. Of course the further it is, the weaker it is.The adjustment is easy. The buttons respond to the clicking. The speeds can be adjusted. There is a main power switch to provide power to the unit. Then there's the power button to power on the fume extractor.

I've been using this to help with welding in my small garage. It really helps dealing with the fumes and is very powerful.The tube that they used stays in place, doesn't slowly fall under its own weight or anything like that. It feels solid.The filter media is large, has a pre-filter, and then a finer filter with activated charcoal. I'm still not sure where I'd get replacement filters from as I didn't see much on the sellers page. Maybe they are universal. There is plenty of space in the filter chamber for slightly different filter sizes, so I'm not too worried.Overall very happy with this and will make it easier to weld in smaller spaces without worrying about harming my health.
