Only shot my Crossbow 10 times waxed string just like you are supposed to do and already these strings are separating. Very dissatisfied with quality...

We purchased these cables for the Jackal crossbow and had Bass Pro Shop install it. I shot it 15 times or so, had it cocked while hunting and the cable broke on both ends. The bow hit my leg leaving a severe bruise on my leg. I'm so thankful this didn't happen when my 7 year old grandson was shooting it the day before. UPDATE: J and D Custom Strings called me and they were very concerned about the product failure. He said he had never heard of this happening. He stated that they manufacture very many strings for major brands. He offered a refund or replacement at no charge. He was also very concerned about my injury. They definitely made this right and I am sending him the failed cable so they can figure this out.
