Perfect for what I needed. The rungs are flat so it’s easy to sit decorative pieces on. The wood is a bit rough/splintery so probably wouldn’t be good for hanging delicate blankets or scarves on. This is very versatile- it would look good in any room. I have it standing up on a rug, not sure how it would do on a more slippery floor.

The ladder is perfect size, just remember when order it, it is "rustic" and unfinished. You can not pull a blanket, quilt or throw off it will pick, rip and ruin and fine material and pull the ladder away from the wall. So, the only downfall is me being lazy I don't always want to getup and work a blanket or quilt off the ladder. So this one will for for display only, its not a "family" room quilt rack.......

This product was exactly as described and just what I wanted in a more affordable rustic ladder for my blankets! The dark brown color is very pretty. Love how it's rustic in appearance and not a sleek modern ladder. The five foot tall size is the perfect height for displaying in a living room. This also came extremely quickly!

This product is way over priced for what it is. Walk away from ordering it. it is basically a few pieces of wood worth about 5.00 nailed together, not even screwed. This is the most dissatisfying thing I have ever ordered from amazon.

I bought this item knowing I had a 50/50 shot based on reviews. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 5. It was not horrible, not great. It is obviously made out of a pallet. I wouldn't call it "rustic", I would call it "shotty" for lack of a better word. It's 3.5 deep not 5, but it is proportionate. It's rough rough rough just like pallet wood. Rungs aren't level :/. I am going to sand and restain it and sand it again to make it look "rustic." It's kind of sad that the sellers don't take pride in their work. I would not buy another product from this seller. It's a $20 item at best. please pay attention to the reviews unlike me. Their are more negative than positive. Don't take the chance!!!

Looks good, serves its purpose as decor in my rustic chic dining room! I would say it's a little over-priced, as it seems like someone just quickly threw some stain on it and called it a day. But that's OK because it's supposed to look distressed. In my opinion, it's worth about $35. I got the brown which has a greyish brown tint to it. Looks good. The steps (shelves) are not that deep so a large picture frame probably won't sit on it. You would need a small frame or little trinkets. Overall, I recommend!

Rethink this purchase!!!! The ladder is small, very narrow and poorly made. The "steps" are cracked, split and full of splinters so do not even think about draping towels or quilts over the rungs or you will have a bunch of pulls. The ladder is not wide enough for most blankets unless you have thin fabric. It looks terrible - I could not be more disappointed! Looking "authentic" as rustic is one thing - this looks new but with crap wood. The stain of the brown ladder is equally disappointing - this is an odd color - has a purple brown hue to the stain. It is not sturdy enough to use as a display unless mounted on the wall. The rungs are only about 3" wide so it would only hold small items. BarnwoodUSA should stand behind their product with offering returns with shipping - if you don't like it, the shipping cost to return will be more than the price of the ladder. The piece is not heavy so the cost is on the overall size.
