The concept of this basketball return attachment is great, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue I ran into was how difficult it is to get on and off the rim. The attachment is pretty awkward to install, and it takes more time and effort than it should — especially if you plan to take it on and off regularly.Even once it’s on, it doesn’t stay very secure. After a few shots, it tends to shift or come loose, which gets frustrating during practice. It works okay if you’re just casually shooting straight on, but if you’re taking shots from different angles or putting a little more force on the rim, it doesn’t hold up well.Overall, it’s a decent product in theory, but the design could definitely be improved for easier setup and better stability. It might work fine for light, casual use, but if you’re looking for something durable and reliable for consistent practice, I’d look for other options.

Getting my son to shoot hoops outside has always been a challenge. He’s not a good shooter and hates having to chase down the ball. I feel that this ball return attachment has been a game-changer as it seems to motivate him more to concentrate on making his shot to get the ball returned to him. This motivation is well worth it, as I no longer have to nag him about practicing and getting out, and it also reduces his time to chase his rebounds.Overall, the ball return is made well, and I feel it will hold up in the So Cal sun. It’s made of heavy-duty metal similar to the hoop, and putting it together was pretty quick. There’s a little snap lever to help move the guide return in the direction you want the ball to rebound to, and the hooking system makes it easy to put up and take down when necessary. It’s a cool accessory to add to your home basketball hoop and makes practicing shooting so much more efficient, as you do not have to chase down all the shots. I wish I had one of these myself when I was a kid, it would have been the best practice accessory to own.

If you're looking for a solid, well-built basketball return system, this one delivers. Right out of the box, you can tell it’s built to last—the heavy-duty steel construction gives it a real sense of durability, and once it’s installed, it stays put. No flimsy attachments or unstable parts—this thing is rugged. The 180-degree rotatable design is a huge plus, allowing for clean rebounds whether you're practicing free throws or working on catch-and-shoot drills. The size? Definitely substantial, which means it actually does the job instead of just redirecting the ball weakly. You get a solid return, saving time and keeping the rhythm of your training going.Installation is straightforward, thanks to the four stable hooks, and whether you're setting this up indoors or outdoors, it holds its own. Great tool for solo practice or refining your shot consistency, and it’s built tough enough to handle plenty of use.Overall, if you want quality and reliability, this one is worth picking up.

I ordered the Arejonner Heavy Duty Steel Basketball Rebounder System for my daughter. She's a basketball player, and she likes to put up shots in the backyard. Her free time is limited, so anything that makes the process more efficient is a win. Since we aren't always available to rebound for her, a rebounding system seemed like the way to go.This rebounding system is lightweight, yet sturdy. Made of heavy duty metal and held together with nuts and bolts, when assembled correctly, this thing can withstand some heavy usage. It was easy to get it installed on our hoop because we have one that can easily lower and raise, so I didn't need a ladder to attach it. I think getting it on to the hoop would have been much more difficult if I had the hoop in the regulation position.I have two issues with the device. First, the assembly booklet was not helpful. Thankfully, I have plenty of experience putting things together because the instructions were simply "tighten the screws with the spanner." There were multiple lengths of screws, as well as different sized bolts, without markings or directions as to which size went where. In addition, the included wrenches did not allow a few of the nuts to be tightened completely because of the length of the screws. I had to use my socket wrench set to make sure that everything was nice and tight. It took me about 25 minutes to finish, and when assembly was complete, I had a few extra parts. My second issue with the rebounder is that the ball doesn't always hit the return chute after it goes through the hoop. Sometimes the ball goes backwards between two of the support hooks and falls to the ground. I feel like the design should include one or two more hooks to better direct the ball to the return chute.I wanted something that would help her put up more shots in a short period of time, and I believe this will help. Only time will tell exactly how much my daughter enjoys this device, but for right now, I'm satisfied.

When I ordered this, I assumed you would get a ball, a hoop and the rim. I was very excited. This quickly turned to disappointment when I saw how time consuming this was to put together. All you need for assembly is included. No additional tools needed. You also use your own hoop and attach this rim to yours. The product is made of sturdy, durable metal. As far as functionality it did work a lot, but not all of the time. In all fairness maybe it's my ball. My basketball is bigger, and heavier looking than the ones shown in the product detail. This might make a difference with the ball return. In my opinion this product is overpriced. I would have liked a ball, and a hoop for this price.
