Doesn't hold a lot and actually broke after my son threw a heavy sweatshirt and pants in it at the same time. I'm sure it was working up to it, but he was bummed because he actually made a game out of throwing his trash in it- but it wsn't up for heavy clothes. I think it would be a nice kids' or office basket, it isn't going to hold a lot of trash at a time-

I love the concept of this basketball hoop trash can—it’s definitely fun to toss paper balls into it like you’re making a shot. However, the quality just didn’t hold up. The snaps that are supposed to secure the trash bag to the hoop kept breaking off, which made it frustrating to both assemble and use on a daily basis. Also, be aware that you’ll need to add sand or water to the base to keep it stable—otherwise it tips over easily.This product had a lot of potential, but I was disappointed with how poorly it was made. Great idea, just needs better execution.

This came with color instructions that were easy to follow. One step I didn't follow was filling the base with water. My fear was that the water would become stagnant or it would tip over and leak. The only thing keeping the water in the base is a rubber stopper, and I wasn't convinced that it was a good seal. Without water in the base, it's somewhat light and tips over easily.The trash basket is a thick plastic (similar to a shower curtain) that attaches to the rim. It seems like it will hold and not rip. It came with trash bags that you use to line the basket, and makes it easy to empty when full. The backboard is sturdy so when you throw things against it, it stays put. The height is adjustable, although I found it best at the lowest level for stability but also for the height of the rim. Surprisingly, it doesn't take up much more room than a normal trash can.While it's cute for a child's room, it's not something I would put anywhere else. I wish the basket was more of a real trash basket instead of a thick plastic bag. It serves its purpose as a trash can and makes it slightly more fun to throw things away.

I ordered this for my teenage son's room, thinking it would encourage him to keep his room tidy. The can itself arrives flat packed because it's not an actual trash bin, but a fabric bag that is looped onto the rim similar to how a net would be. The base and stand are pretty sturdy, but you're supposed to fill the base with water for stability. I just think that's not a great design idea considering this is likely going to be in bedrooms. Assembly goes smoothly, but attaching the fabric to the rim took two of us - one to steady the rim, and the other to use both hands to get the fabric onto the pegs. I appreciate that it includes a starter roll of bags, but I'm not impressed with the quality. I wouldn't recommend this for purchase or gift giving. I just don't think it's designed to last, and I don't trust this product with a base full of water.

Comes with everything you need out of the box. There’s some very minor assembly required but it’s easy. It’s a good size (not too big, not too tiny) and fits well in the corner of our son’s room. Looks great and encourages him to throw things away by making it lots of fun. It’s a win win!

This is a really fun trash can. Its well made and stands really well once you weigh it down. It's fun and my kids love throwing garbage in there because it's like a basketball game. It holds a good amount of trash in there and is easy to throw things out. We are using it to throw out recycled bottles but it can also be used to put dirty clothes in there too. It is a decent size, but I wish it was bigger. It does fill up pretty fast.

This trashcan is very low quality and bright red. For over $40 dollars I expected more. Don’t buy this. Unfortunately, it’s nothing like the photos. Bummer!
