This review is for Bass and Electric Guitar Strap, Guitar Bass Strap with Quick Release Buckle and 3D Sponge Filled Foam Pad, Adjustable Length from 47" to 60" Guitar Strap, Suitable for Adults and Children.I have several bass guitars and tried many straps. For the past several years I have exclusively used straps with padded wide areas on the shoulder, which is how I came to try this strap. My first impression was how bad this thing smelled out of the package; very bad. I let it air out for a few days and it is less stinky, so let's check it out...My second impression is how the heck do you connect this to a guitar? By tying a string to the strap nut! This seemed very iffy to me since this put the plastic strap ends in contact with the guitar body and seems nowhere near as secure as a standard eye strap with a strap-lock. The detachable string connectors were a bit fussy to remove and attach to the strap. Some compelling elements of this strap were the padded area was comfortable on the shoulder. I like the thin(er) nylon strap material and the adjustment buckle slid easily. There was plenty of strap length for my over 6' frame. The strap seemed well constructed. This might be the right strap for your setup, but it was not for me. I have a lot invested in my instruments and the potential to mar the body or (gasp!) drop the guitar because the strap string failed is too great a risk for me.

Review is for FIEIL Bass and Electric Guitar Strap, Guitar Bass Strap with Quick Release Buckle and 3D Sponge Filled Foam Pad....I am always game to try a different type strap and this one caught my eye.1. Its comfortable to wear, meaning the spongy ridge design works well2. Long length for tall players, adjustable of course3. Strap lock system. While the "idea" is a good one, especially if you switch between guitars and like to keep the same strap....this would work for you, the lock system is a nice design, the only fail point is how the little lock is connected to the guitar....looped around the guitar strap holder, the weight of the guitar is held by the loop thread on the lock. Super easy to unbuckle, or buckle in (not really what you do....its more of a push and slide into the lock shape)...I don't see the buckle part coming apart....once its in, its in, but the way that its connected to the guitar is concerning. Because of this concern for me...unless I can figure out a more secure way to ease that concern, despite the strap being comfortable, its not for me due to this system, but not due to the way the lock works.I normally will connect a strap via the guitar strap pegs, but with this strap, it was still too long for me, so I used the included "leather headband" to connect it to the neck, which worked quite well and was comfortable in use.I am giving this 4 stars, even though its not for me. It may be a good one for you, since it is quite comfortable.

Great pack! I like the quick clip connectors on the strap, and they were easy to install on the guitar. Because you get 4 ends, you can put them on 2 guitars and just quickly swap the strap. The foam shoulder section mean you get some extra comfort when wearing. You also get some picks too, which were nice. Overall, really happy with this strap!

I've been wanting a wider & more cushioned strap for playing bass with my band. I've seen some of the ads for extra wide and cushioned straps and have been curious, so I saw this through the Vine program and excitedly ordered it.I was a little confused initially when putting this on my bass as I'm very used to more traditional straps with one piece of leather/fabric with small holds for the mounts on the instrument to go through. The little nylon string system was a bit of a brain puzzle to me at first, but if you properly "tie" the string to the mounts (check the images closely), you'll eventually get it and it works fine. They will *not at all* be loose if you do it correctly! I have no worries that my bass will fall off the strap after getting it set up right. While not massively, it definitely makes things a little more comfortable and ergonomic to have the wider/cushioned strap. If it continues to hold up (I've been using without issues for a month or so), I may get another one for my second bass.
