This strap is good enough, but not great. The cup that holds the boot of the bassoon is soft, and more flexible than I would like, which allows the cup to rotate on the bassoon. The cup is too tall, and catches on the lower keys, sometimes preventing the Ab key from opening, sometimes holding the G from closing. The solution is to carefully cut the cup to shape. If I was not so lazy, I would make my own strap, as there is nothing complicated here. I have never used the function the allows the other end of the strap to be anchored on the chair leg, nice though it is.
