Not sure how I feel about this one. We have well water and it’s hard water. I’m not feeling an immediate difference with this filter but it could just be our water. The filter is replaceable and your results may be different than mine. Overall it’s a neat idea and certainly beats no filter at all.

Bath Water Filter. This is genius if you do not have a whole house filter. We have shower filters and can attest to how much they help your skin and hair feel softer when minerals are removed. This simply hangs on your tub spout and it filters the water while you fill your tub. It is well made, can see the filter media and have not owned long enough to attest to how long it can be used. Note there is a strap if you need to secure as I do as my tub spout is tilted. For 9.99 at time of review a good value and an investment in your health and beauty.

This is a great bath water filter. We have a filter on our shower head, but have always wished we had one on the tub faucet, so when we saw this, we decided to give it a try. It works great. The design is very simple, just a ball containing a water filter that hangs on the tub spout. I worried it would significantly increase the amount of time it took to fill the tub, but it didn't. We don't turn it on full blast, but we can almost turn it on full. You can tell a significant difference in the bath water when using this filter. The water feels and smells different.We really like this device and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve the quality of their bath water.

MY RATING SCALE:* I can’t believe this product/item is even available for sale on Amazon. There are so many issues with it that I can’t recommend it to anyone. Do not purchase.** Product/item doesn’t meet my expectations. I wish I would’ve passed on ordering it. I certainly wouldn’t order it again. There are multiple issues and I can not recommend it. Potential buyers order at your own discretion.*** An average item/product. I like it, I might or might not reorder it, and if I recommend it, it’s with stipulations. There are one or more issues with the product/item, but nothing so major that the product isn’t useful.**** A good product/item. I like it, I’d likely reorder it, and I recommend it. In my opinion it has a minor issue, but nothing I can’t overlook.***** A GREAT product/item. I love it…I’d definitely reorder it and I highly recommend it! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it.I enjoy soaking in a bath, but don’t like all the chemicals in the water. Thank goodness for bathwater purification products. I have used a different style of bathwater purification device in the past, but found this one to be more convenient and easier to secure and use. I have attached pictures of how I secured it, as well as one showing the water stream you can expect to have. This softener ball took half the time to fill the tub than I anticipated it would, as the water doesn’t spill over the side….unless I turned the water on at full blast. As for its effectiveness, by using a water test kit, I verified it significantly decreased all the chemicals so that the ppm readings were in a more acceptable range…even the chlorine. The ball is easy to use, as well as effective in removing unwanted contaminants. I’m pleased with this item and recommend it for a better solution for soaking in a tub of water.
