Installed this cheap generic moen bathtub faucet something is wrong after installing could not stop the water ,,so I ordered the real moen faucet will use the other tub until I get this was 2nd one in the past 1-2 months…ORDER THE REAL MOEN CARTAGE it will save you time and money .

Easy replacement of leaky valve. Watch a video if you are not handy. Use the gasket lubricant liberally. Nice plus getting the removal tool, which can be saved for possible future use. Literally took 8 minutes to remove and replace the old valve. Smooth, leak-proof function. Everything you need (except Allen wrench for removing handle and Phillips screwdriver for removing screws) is included. Save yourself the plumber's fee and do it yourself.

This is the solution to your shower/tub valve problems. This literally comes with everything you need to successfully replace the cartridge and restore your shower to as new condition. It is the removal tool, the cartridge, the lubricant, and the retaining clip. I do not need to replace my shower cartridge immediately so I am going to use my past experience to form my impressions. The tool seems to be made quite well, even if you had to deal with a stubbornly stuck cartridge I believe this tool will be able to get it out. As for the cartridge that too seems to be made well. The rest of the pieces are necessary and they will work. Overall a good value for the entire solution.

First off, I really like the value of this product. Not only does the cartridge seem to be made of high quality materials, but it also comes with the puller tool (as well as lubricant and metal retainer clip)! If you purchase the OEM version, you would have to buy this separately which would easily double or triple this price in total. I have replaced a cartridge like this before, so I knew how to install it. It can get a little tricky if it's been years since the original cartridge was replaced. Sometimes it likes to stick. Just make sure you take your time. I would recommend reading and rereading the instructions as well as watching a video on how the repair is done. I'm hoping this will make my faucet work correctly for years to come!
