Very surprised with how thick the wire is. Had to use the 10g notch in my wire stripers to strip it without cutting the wire inside. Clamps should hold up well. Wire appears to be aluminum. Eyelets thick and heavy duty with a 3/8 hole.

Pleasantly surprised that it actually was what I consider heavy duty. After reading so many reviews on similar products that were advertised as heavy duty but turning out to be not much more than pressed foil, I ordered these. Quality appears great and the clamps are thick and the springs are strong. Would definitely buy again.

The clamp springs are strong and the plastic clamp seems to be made out of good plastic. The wires are 12 gauge and are of fine strand copper, that's good. I like the online fuse. It's just a typical inline blade fuse. It had a 30amp fuse in it along with 2 extra 30amp fuses. My planned use only required 15amp so I replaced it wth a 15amp. I had thought the clamps was a single piece item, that was not the case, they are two separate pieces. The negative and positive are two totally separate wires and not joined as one piece.

I use these to go from a standalone deep cycle battery to a DC inverter. My old set has been used for probably 15 years and was showing its age, so I needed a new set. This is just as nice as the old ones and I'm sure they will last another 15 years.

I attached these to the end of my existing 36# trolling motor leads to extend it's reach. While the wire casing seems a little less robust than the factory leads, the in internal wire diameter should handle the load fine. The clips are also nicely/rightly sized to attach to the U1 battery I run. Worked great to move the battery and is weight forward while fishing in my 14' aluminum boat.

Good product, spring is strong enough to clamp onto vehicle battery terminals without coming off easily but not crazy stiff for removing. Nicely protected all the way around the alligator clip, solid sturdy construction, should last years in my application.

delivery was very quick. Look good but haven't had a chance to try them as yet but think will work for me.cable seems a little lite but will know when I try them out. I use this battery clamp to attach to my battery on a Champion 9000 watt generator that I use for winter back up in case of a power shortage. I have attached the generator cables to the cables on the battery clamp and use the clamp jaws on the battery. In this way I can keep the battery inside to stay warm and just attach clamps to the battery and start the generator, very handy when minus thirty or so. Very handy that extra fuses are included.
