Step 1.Please fully charge the battery case before using the product.
Step 2.Please charge the battery case with the apple cable.(Package not included cable )
Step 3. When you want to charge your phone through the battery case, make sure the phone is tightly closed at the bottom of the case, then press the power button for about 3 seconds to start charging.
Step 4. When you want to stop the battery case to charge the phone, press the power button for about 3 seconds, it will stop charging.

Liked having the extra battery power when needed, although lasted about six months and then the power button slipped inside the case and really didn’t work well after that.

I got this case on may 18th and am waiting this review on July 1st and the phone case is completely unfunctional. It doesn’t charge the phone even at full battery and whenever the case is on the phone and plugged in the phone doesn’t even charge. But another case if you want something long term

Battery initially worked well though fails to properly pass through charge after just 2 months, this is the second battery of this type and brand which developed the exact same problem. First one lasted 6 months.

This case offers pretty good protection as far as I can tell, but I’m not going to drop my phone on the street from a rooftop to prove it.For me, the extra power is the most useful. Near the end of the day my phone can be down close to 20% and if I forget to charge it before I go out for the evening, I become concerned about having enough juice for a rideshare app to get me home. The case has enough power for about 1 and a half full charges so I don’t have to be worried about being out all night!The other thing I particularly like is that the case is firm around the battery but rubbery at to top end, so it is extremely easy to pull back the top edge and slide out the phone. For reasons I won’t get in to, this is super convenient to me. I had a similar case for a previous phone and it took a lot of elbow grease to slide the phone out of the case, which was super annoying. No such annoyance here!

From the reviews, I was kind of worried about getting the case, but there are not many left on the market for iPhone 12 mini. I am pleasantly surprised everything is going well.

I dislike: it is too soft and comes off ease and You would think after charging the phone any juice will be left over, but it is not like that. You end up with no charge on both. Not worth to buy.

The product works, gave new life to my barley working charging port but the case will not charge the phone to full unless you are not using your phone, it gets me through the day long enough to get back to a charger though where normally it would be dead, its ok but if you have more cash available get one that can wirelessly charge and that lasts longer, i know i will in a few weeks
