I’ve only used a handful of times for concerts and traveling but unfortunately when I put my phone in it charges for about 5 seconds and knocks off again. Dissapointed for the price

Probably too soon to rate, because who knows how long it will last. However, so far it's great. I used to have to recharge my phone one or twice a day. With this, I don't have to. A bit heavy but you get used to it fast. It also provides some pretty good drop protection.

I had this product for 3 days before it stopped charging my phone. It is fully charged and I haven’t even taken my phone out of the case once since I put it in. It just stopped working.I am very angry because I loved it before it broke. BUT 3 DAYS?

It’s not holding much charge after 1 month. It can only charge my phone once now which is worse than the one it replaced. Can’t even send it back

I bought two of them (from different sellers), built material is decent, overall it is lightweight. Think it could be slimmer but still sits very well in the palm.After serious usage of the device for the last 5 months, I wanted give full 5 starts and note that this is perfect for the intended purpose, working as designed, and took the "regular charging - do I have battery for the night" concerns completely away. I definitely recommend.

Works well, charges properly, battery indicator is clear, not overly bulky and good design with flexible top for entry/exit. Used very regularly for ~2 years. Now performance is becoming unpredictable. So great product with somewhat short lifespan compared with major brands.

I can’t remember when we purchased this, but it stopped working in April or May 2023. I don’t believe we had it for even a year. It just wouldn’t keep a charge for long. Finally just swapped it for a regular case, since it was just weighing the phone down for no reason.

Just like my title says, this phone case is a game changer. I have an iPhone 12 promax, for some reason my phone battery is always draining. Low power mode does not work for me. So I searched for about an hour trying to find a phone case that would charge my phone and I came across this one and I saw it had five stars and I wanted to give it a chance so I got it and it has literally been the best addition ever. I usually charge my phone up to 100% and charge the case fully and whenever I need it, I use it and it charges my phone up to 100 at least three times. One downside that I can say is that after long usage the charging port/hole for the wire can get a little loose so I would definitely recommend reaching out to get a replacement. Other than that, I think this case is a great addition for anyone who’s phone is always dying and doesn’t want to carry around an extra battery pack and wire everywhere. Also in terms of holding the case I wish it had a rubber component on the outside so that I can carry around easier I have a pop socket and so I put it on the back of the phone case and it helped me to hold the phone better so it wouldn’t slip out of my hands.

My charging port had been crapping out on me for the past few weeks. I could get my phone to charge after about 5 minutes of playing around with it. Cleaning the port seemed to help the issue temporarily but it always came back. With this case I never have to worry again about using the charging port on the iPhone itself. Not to mention I get amazing battery life now. I’m almost never home and I just got used to my phone nearly dying on me every day, but now I could probably go two days without a charge if I wanted to.As far as the case itself goes, it feels nice and sturdy on the phone. It’s a amazing value too, you also get a cable and screen protector included. Overall, great product.
