Q1: What are some warm tips before installation?
A1: First, Please confirm the cellphone model first before repair. Second, Please run out of battery power or less 20% before you repair. Third, At the beginning, new battery is unstable and it will reach optimal performance after charging and discharging completely for 3- 5 cycles. Finally, If phone cannot turn on after installation, please make sure the battery connector fit tightly with cellphone, then charge battery for 1-2 hour, after that turn on your phone again.
Q2: What should we do if the phone keeps restarting or the screen appears blind or cannot be charged?
A2: Maybe bad connect. Reopen your phone and reconnect the battery connector to logic board socket. Make sure battery connector connects well.
Q3: Why the battery I bought is not fully charged after installation?
A3: For security, battery is never full charged when leaving factory and testing. It’s normal that batteries level is between 5-80% charged when you first put into phone.
Q4: Will I lose any date when changing my battery?
A4: No data will be lost if the repair process is done correctly.
Q5: Install some apps to test battery life, and the wear of degree is much exaggerated after using several days.

The price is great and getting the tools is a bonus. The battery life is much longer and the install is pretty easy with limited skill required.

Battery fit in phone (just barely, but it fit). I guess that's how you squeeze in a little extra capacity. I followed the suggested conditioning procedure and the battery has been working great for a couple of months now. A noticeable improvement over the stock battery. I can't rate longevity because I haven't had it long enough.

Doesn't last as long as expected. Has more MAH than OEM but last a day less. Suspect it's not as labeled, 3800mah, weigh is 3 grams less than OEM 2400.
