I absolutely love the idea of this smart padlock. Specifically, I like not having to worry about losing a key for a lock, or remembering another combination.This lock was easy to set up in the app. You can use the lock without initializing it in the app, but should you get locked out, you won't be able to use the app to unlock it after the fact.That being said, this lock requires some patience to figure out. Patience being learning where the NFC reader is at the top of the phone and how to get the lock to see it.So if you work in a place where getting into your locker fast is a must (law enforcement, firefighter, nurse), fumbling with this lock will only make unlocking it take more time. For the regular person who wants to use this at the gym and isn't in a rush - this is pretty cool to have.

When it works it is super slow to unlock. Hard to get the right position with the phone. Often disconnects while trying to unlock. New bonus feature it wouldn’t lock. Which is OK because it’s hard to unlock.

This lock is trash! It was easy to set up but it's almost impossible to open it with my phone. I tried numerous times to get it to work and it opened maybe 2% of the time. I tried with the case, without the case, different areas of the phone, etc and it just would not work.

We were looking for a new lock for our storage shed. We have a ton of wildlife that get inside. I wanted something that would make it near impossible to breach and enter the premise. After doing some research I came across this NFC padlock and from the product details, it seemed like a real possibility. I ordered this and now that we've had this in use for a couple weeks, I can report that this works as it should. We haven't had any critters get in and that alone is worth it. The actual lock is really cool. I have had this lock for about 4 months now. Works quite well and have had zero issues with lock and unlock functionalities.The app you download to use on your phone is a bit glitchy, crappy, and some features do not work as promised but none of which make or break the actual product. Maybe they will work the kinks out with an update soon.
