The size says youth/adult. Had to return as it was too big for youth football player, the headband didn't stay in place.

I thought the size was 8 and up but it’s way too big for my 10 year old. I actually tried it on myself and it isn’t very snug on me. Definitely won’t serve their purpose it was intended for.

My son just turned 7 and is slim but taller than the average 7 year old. Fit perfectly, not too tight or too loose. Keeps the sweat and hair out of his eyes

I bought this to keep my son’s hair out of his eyes while playing lacrosse. My son’s only 10 and this was a bit too tight. He wore it once and said the tightness was too uncomfortable.

This keeps sliding down my son’s head and doesn’t hold his hair back. The battle head bands we buy in the store fit much better.
