The stainless steel pot is very good quality, and should last significantly longer than the fryer kits with aluminum pots. I used the kit this thanksgiving for frying a 20 pound bird and it worked flawlessly. I also used the kit for a crab boil and that worked great as well. Definitely worth spending a little more money to get this fryer.

Easy set up. Very well built. Stainless pot is way easier to clean than my old aluminum pot. Holds a 21 lb. turkey with ease.

We replaced an old fryer that we had and so glad we did! This is a really nice fryer, it even has a marked oil line on the inside, no room for mistakes. Stainless steel and very sturdy. It also came super quick. Hats off to family owned businesses!
