I've used his name brand wood before and it's of good quality. Can't go wrong with Post oak wood which is widely used throughout Texas. Oak goes good with a lot of meats.

Exactly what I was looking for. The store near me sells split up logs but I didn’t want to take the time to cut it all up. A little pricey but not having to chop it all up makes up for it.
