This memory foam filler was solid for filling my bean bag. 5lbs was nowhere near enough for my 3ft bag, so make sure you order much more if you’re filling a bean bag. The foam is soft and squishy, making the bag much quieter than if it had been filled with regular beans. I’ve noticed that the different colored foams are different, and while the purple kind has not been my favorite, it is somewhere in the middle between the yellow (best) and the blue (worst).

This is really good quality shredded memory foam. It comes compressed tightly in plastic, make sure to have a box or bag underneath when you open it, because it will start expanding immediately. I got this to supplement the filling in a memory foam pillow I got recently, it was expensive but a lot flatter than I expected, I am a side sleeper so I need a bit of height to my pillow. This filling is perfect, I just need to let it air out for a couple of days and fully expand before I put it inside my pillow. I can't wait!! It's actually nicer than the filling in the pillow! Seems like it's a pretty good deal compared to similar items.

I ordered these for a kids beanbag chair. And it didn’t quite fill it. These pictures were taken a day and half after it was filled so the memory foam pieces had plenty of time to expand. I will say this particular chair is designed to have a backrest sort of shape, so perhaps thats why it didn’t fill it completely. Other than the fullness issue these are wonderful. They don’t have that annoying sound that styrofoam has when it rubs and my nephew loves it!

We had a beanbag chair filled with the old-fashioned styrofoam beads, which had all compressed over the years. We bought this to help add some renewed loft to the chair (We left the beads in there since they would make a huge mess to remove and discard somewhere) The memory foam arrived in a highly compressed state which actually worked to our advantage. We simply opened the beanbag a bit then opened up one end of the compressed foam bag and dumped it all in. We then zipped the beanbag shut again and shook it to intermingle the beads and the foam. After a couple of hours, the little shreds had fully expanded we had a nicely filled beanbag chair that had an even cushier feel than it had when new!

A good sized bag that is packed well. Fills a very small bean bag chair so will need more than one for larger chairs. These are comfortable in a bean bag chair and a great price.

Great quality, it feels heavier than it is for sure! It comes super compact and vacuum sealed, I need about 30 of these to fill my bean bag chair, lol; Burt slowly I am getting there! I think this one is fairly priced for the good quality pieces in it, they are good thick memory foam, no funky smell that I have noticed yet so that is a huge plus! These are purple, obviously, just stating that because some show one thing and you get another, that is not what this is, you get what you see. Thankfully! I would order them again for sure!

This shredded memory foam comes rolled up & vacuum sealed, then wrapped in plastic wrap-like substance. You have to be strategic when opening this package, or else you'll get rapidly expanding foam bits everywhere.Out of the package it had that standard factory memory foam smell. Not better, not worse. Just let it air out while letting the foam fully expand for a day or so and the scent goes away.I put them in a beanbag chair I'm slowly filling. It's a slightly larger beanbag chair but since it's memory foam it squishes down considerably. What I did NOT think about was how HEAVY the chair is when filled with memory foam vs polystyrene balls. Just keep that in mind if you're filling a beanbag chair, especially a larger one. You need a lot of foam and the weight does add up quickly, even if the chair gets too flat.

Very impressed with the quality of this stuff! It arrived super compressed and I was shocked at how much there really was in the package. I opened it up and the stuff just kept expanding! Perfect for a Bean Bag or similar product. This is a great product at a very reasonable price.
