I absolutely hate this product. The picture is nothing like the flat, thin product that they send. The product picture is of a fluffy roll and that is what I expected. Save your money and purchase at Walmart in person.

I know some folks were concerned about it being too thin, but we have had the opposite problem in the past with snow blankets being too thick! We have styrofoam bases and rises that cover 4x8 square feet for a multitier Christmas village. The Styrofoam is painted stained for rocks, snow, etc...but just isn't quite real enough, so we use snow blankets (thin ones) to cover the landscape. The thick rolls figurines can't won't stand up on it, and trees and other non-building items fall over. But this blanket was PERFECT. The accent pieces for our village were able to be placed with care where the thick rolls of material fail. Listen...this is not thick, and using the term "blanket" may not be the best description, but for the purpose of holiday village accent decorating, it was perfect. Price could be a bit lower, but it is the holiday season!

The fabric arrived in shrink wrap packaging. It was very wrinkled and thin. I put it in the dryer with those spikey plastic laundry balls I use to dry pillows and it fluffed up and the wrinkles came out. It worked out in the end but what a hassle.

Its flat and lifeless when you first unrole. Important!!! You have to put a damp washclothe in the dryer on high and turn it on for about 5 to 8 munites!!! When you take it out it turns it soooo fluffy like snow!! If you dont its very flat. Not snowy looking!! So if you dont do that you wont be happy. If you do you will love love love it!!
