Install part all was OK 27days and had leaked out coolant and over heated the car put coolant in and used radiator pressure tester at 15 lbs found leak at the thermostat housing

Gasket and thermostat housing won’t seat and leaks no matter what I’ve done from cleaning surfaces, torqued to spec, and torqued more. Installed it twice and now removing it to go buy oem
