The mirror part looks great, but it is slightly too big to snap on to the existing mirror assembly of my 2016 Transit 350HD. It goes on, but if you try to adjust it, it will fall off. There are 8 little snap tabs that snap onto your existing mirror base. All eight of those tabs need to snap in place to hold the mirror in place. All eight do not snap on simultaneously and there are always two that are not in place, so it is not held firmly in place because the plastic is molded too large. Piece of junk.

The product doesn't snug well to the mirror assembly. It's clips break when you try to snug it, made of a very poor material. I had another brand which snugged well and hold tight. I have replaced both the mirrors.
