I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THESE SHARK BITES. DO YOU HAVE A VIDEO EXPLAINING ? I HAD 2 OF MY FRIENDS LOOK AT THEM AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW EITHER.

These arrived in a bag in random pieces with no instructions at all. Some are paired and some are broken apart. I can't figure out what you are supposed to do with them, nothing seems to line up. The photos on this page don't show how to attach them. Here's what I got. I've tried to find a way to make the two sides line up, but can't. It's nowhere near obvious. Useless without instructions.

I used this devices to hang a shade cloth.They are a bit harder to attach but once you get the 1st one on you know how to do it. The instructions are not very helpful at all.
