I wrote and deleted my original review from this month that said 'So disappointed. The beach was a little wet but it still shouldn't matter. The metal broke on a routine scoop. My return window closed 18 days ago so I am pretty upset. I do NOT recommend this brand.'The seller contacted me offering a refund and then replied that the refund was complete, so I deleted my original review, but I never received the refund from the seller. Here is my review again. The scoop got less then 2 hours of routine use before it broke and just from the weight of the sand.

Super easy to setup and take with me to the beach. One negative was after the first weekends use the item started rusting. Not sure if that’s supposed to happen or not. Overall very happy to add to my travel bag.

Works as described. Good quality. Handle breaks down into two sections but I found I did not need that. I never take it apart but I have to twist it tight again because it comes lose while using it. I would not buy this again just because of the handle coming unscrewed when using it. If had a solid handle I would rate higher and purchase again. Spend the extra money for a solid handle.
