Works great, the bead head makes all the difference. I tried other black wooly on amazon and they did not sink like these and fish did not hit them.

These flies will definitely attract fish, assuming you're using the right set up. But like most flies they will unravel faster than most. I recommend buying UV glue to keep your flies lasting longer after each fish. I caught a ton of fish with these and after adding UV glue I can fish longer!

The person that ties these flies must use a dyed yarn and hackle, because when you get them wet the color bleeds out and you're left with this pale looking fly with no color. They were olive green to begin with(only fished once) and now....not.
