I have shredded chicken, pork shoulder so far with these. Works great, makes shredding easy and quick. Also work well to pick up and turn hot meat.

The bear claws are terrific for shredding bbq or with lift assist. Sturdy and durable. The bear claws are better than grandmother dirk and fork method. A must buy for avid BBQ or smokers.

Très satisfait du tableau , bonne aide mémoire lors de cuisson, je le laisse toujours sur le côté du réfrigérateur. Je n’est toujours pas essayer les "Ours Paws" mais a première vue, ils ont l’air de qualité.
