The purpleheart bowl blank was in terrible shape. Dried out and cracked. No color to it. Drab brown. Never again

I was expecting a nice dry piece of beautiful Purple Heart, instead I start turning it and could feel the moisture hitting me. It was waxed and wrapped in plastic wrap. I stopped turning it. It would have warped. I’ll let it dry, then try it again. If I would have known it was waxed I would have never bought it. It was my first time buying from this company, never again.Update: Sorry company to buy from, sent them a message with pictures of how over night my bowl blank cracked all over. Now I can’t get them to respond to my repeated attempts to contact them. This company should be removed from Amazon for their poor customer service and the complete disregard for the people that they have taken money from.
