Had to replace starter motor and these are perfect plenum replacement gaskets. Hand torqued mine to 15ft/lbs (my torque wrench doesn't go down to the 13ft/lbs spec). Torque from center bolts working your way outwards in several steps. Truck runs strong now 💪 300k

My 20 year old Lexus GS400 is experiencing age deterioration of many of her rubber and plastic seals. A lean fuel condition developed, and smoke testing the intake manifold revealed leaks in the lower intake gasket. The leaking lower gaskets that were installed match the description of another reviewer: the gasket core was a hard plastic piece that had cracked into 2 additional pieces (leaked).The core of the replacement lower gaskets in this Beck Arnley 037-6183 set use a compressed fiber material arranged in 2 separate layers, which I believe will work much better than a brittle, monolithic plastic plate. The gaskets were individually bagged in a secure package, and were clean and ready to install.FWIW, I also found that several of the fuel injectors leaked, so I installed new seal kits on them.

I used these to rebuild my 2000 GS400 Lexus Intake manifold, both on the inside and the bottom 2 pieces that the intake manifold sits on. high quality, and I did not get any vacuum seal or leak engine codes when it was rebuild.It's made of thick high quality metal. Honestly for most people you'll never need to change this gasket as it's thick metal, but it's cheap insurance when you're already down there so I figured might as well.
