I did not need to replace the OEM parts from the 2006 Nissan Titan 4WD, but I bought the kit just in case I need it when I replaced the braking brake pads. I end up using everything except the pins that holds the pads in because it was oddly shaped, and it was more difficult to install than the OEM. The pins that came with this kit looks like a flat arrowhead and the OEM looks a bit stronger with a full cone that is round.

This product fits the 2004 4wd Nissan Titan perfect. Kind of hard to install the springs but that is with any brake shoe replacment. The clips were a little different than the stocks ones and harder to install so I just used the stock clips.
