Some say the boots are too tight to put on but they went on fine with a little work. Clamps looked thin and if you don't have the correct banding tool they won't tighten. Used an alternative clamping method which worked better. Boots look thick enough to last awhile. Perfect for what I needed.

I ordered two of these at the same time. They were delivered and one box had one style clamp (crimp style), and the other box had the type clamps that takes the winding tool style clamp which I didn’t have. Looks like they would pick a clamp and go with it instead of having to have both tools depending on what clamp gets thrown in the box.

I was hesitant to purchase this after reading the reviews. The small end looks too small for the CV axle. It is the correct part number, according to two other parts places. I sprayed a small amount of silicone on the inside of the small end and worked the inside of the boot down to the stop point. It will fit!

I bought one of these and it DOES NOT fit a 2000 tundra. The small end is not large enough to fit over the axle.
