The boots are good quality, but they couldn’t have made the band clamps any cheaper. Save yourself the headache and buy the good locking clamps along with these boots

I purchased these cv boots in May of 2022 and installedthem on my 03 4Runner. It is not July of 2023 and these pieces of garbage are already splitting and flinging grease everywhere. Now I'm tearing it all apart again and replacing with OEM parts straight from toyotapartsdeals.com. Do not buy, unless you enjoy doing the job twice.

I bought this elsewhere as A cant deliver on time. BeckArnley find your part website and amazon says it fits a 2006 4runner 4.0L 4WD inner CV.Unfortunately when the time came to install. i compared the old OEM CV boot to this and its not even close. the smaller opening was too loose, the larger opening 3 "ribs" that hugs the metal part were slightly too small...the only thing nice was it was a little bit longer because thats the main issue with the OEM is that they are a tad short. hence it tears at the first rib of the smaller opening.Dont bother with these and just get OEM if you can.I do have good experiences with these brand CV boots with other car makes. but this one isnt a match.

"No need to have axle removed"False. This is not a quick-apply CV Boot. The whole axle will have to come off to put this on.
