Although my rifle with scope did not fit, this was a quality item. I returned it easily with no issues.

It might fit the full size rangers fine, but when its lined up with the holes on my mid-size ranger bed, the gun boot is hanging a foot outside of the bed. To get it to center on the bed, i had to force it in the holes it needed to be in, which makes the brackets cock-eyed instead of flat against the bed, as they were designed to be.
