Tried to buy this twice and hoped the first one was a defect as we really liked the look and sturdiness, but both had broken clips so the bar woukdn't snap on securely or easily. Our second order attempt was in even worse quality than the first, my guess is it was a return as it looked like it had been put together and taken apart based on the metal areas being dented. Also to note, the mattress is very thin and we were going to buy a topper, so for the total price you'll end up spending on bassinet, topper and sheets would not recommend, considering babe will only be in it for about 6 months.

This is my second bassinet after finding short comings with the first.I like:- bed security straps to prevent knock over or roll away- co-sleeper function for breast feeding- rocking capability- portability: bug net, wheels, size- sleek design- zip out easy cleaning- softer cushion mattresscons:- wood is clearly a plastic, no artificial grain it’s just painted- feels cheaply lightOverall for the price it’s still a great deal! Had no issues with set up or cleanliness of product out of box. Very excited to use this time around!

I bought this bassinet for my new grandchild and it fits perfectly in our bedroom. It's easy to put together and disassemble if you need to transport it from one location to another. The baby sleeps well in bassinet it's sturdy and designed well so baby can not climb out of it. It also turns into a rocker once the wheels are flipped up! I liked this bassinet so much I purchased two. One for my home and the other for our vacation home. It's the right size and the right height. Love this product!

What can I say? This thing is amazing. It was easy for my husband to assemble the baby sleeps in at nightly. I love the mosquito net very versatile. I have not used v cradle option but I love that I have it. The height adjustment is great for any sized bed. I sleep on an air mattress and I still have enough room to roll over and pick him up if I need to again great bed if you need something small but not too small and I love rolling it around the house. Especially when I need to be in the kitchen.

I love almost everything about this item, it’s been a game changer for my first child. However, i’ve only had it for four months now and as you can see in the photos, the top portion is falling apart in multiple ways, and just continues to get worse and worse with daily use. As you can see the rods that hold up the top portion netting have pierced through the fabric on one side, and just continue to slide out further and further. It is impossible to push those back into place. My fiancé and myself have tried multiple times, and as you can tell since it’s going to continue to come out further and further, it’s going to pierce into the side mesh panel, not only creating more holes in another part of the mesh, but posing a risk to my baby being in there and getting poked with one of these rods as they curve inward towards him. In the other two photos, you will see multiple holes forming in the netting on the top portion for absolutely no reason. Just started falling apart on its own. I am past my return window. That’s fine, I never wanted to return it anyway, I just simply wanted to contact the seller directly to see if there was anything they could do about maybe replacing the top portion of the bassinet, which is , the zipper netting that goes around the top of the bassinet. That’s the only portion I have an issue with. I wanted to contact the seller directly before I even left a review like this, but every time I tried to it just brought me to an Amazon representative even when I went to contact or ask the seller a question it’s still brought me to an Amazon seller messenger, which then ultimately brought me to a live Amazon rep and they cant help me. they also weren’t able to get me a email for the seller instead, they kept trying to give me links which only brought me right back to the Amazon seller messenger or the Amazon live chat which again we’re not helpful. I’m hoping the seller will see this review and reach out to me about a potential replacement for the top. After which, I will update my review because that’s really all I’m looking for since I’ve only had it for four months everything else about the bassinet has been wonderful. I just don’t think that this should be falling apart so dramatically after just four short months, especially because it was not a cheap item.
