I was very skeptical about ordering a mattress online before sitting or lying on it. I chose this one because I like a firm mattress but also plush at the same time and this bed is just that. When you lay on it, it does sort of form to your body, but not so much that it makes it difficult to roll over as this is an issue I’ve had with memory foam mattresses before. When you sit on the edge of the bed the mattress stays formed and doesn’t bow or make noise. There are springs in the bottom of the mattress and the pillow top is only on top so you can’t flip it. The only negative thing I have to say about it, is that the instructions on the outside packaging say to only use the tool it comes with to open the bag the mattress is in, it even includes a picture of the tool… but did not come with said tool. I ended up using a super sharp pairing knife to open it very carefully. I left the mattress on the bed frame for about 48 hours before I slept on it, although it pretty much was ready a few hours after I opened it. At this point I’ve been sleeping on it for two weeks and I am very happy with my purchase!

I was very skeptical about purchasing a mattress online. I combed reviews and compared for months. I’m an overweight female so I knew I needed something more sturdy but also wanted something something comfortable. I combed reviews from plus-sized people but they weren’t really out there. I purchased the mattress and purchased a platform bed for it to go on top. With the thickness of the mattress this was great. I let it fluff for 2 days without putting bedding on it or laying on it. The smell wasn’t overwhelming once we opened the plastic. I thought the mattress was gonna knock me down but it didn’t expand too fast.The quality was amazing for the pillow top. Very similar to my prior pillow top spring mattress. While I do suffer from insomnia I slept pretty good the first night. I didn’t sweat, didn’t feel the bed sink and it held my weight very well. I’ve now had the bed for about 4 months and it’s still comfortable. I do rotate the mattress every other sheet change to even out the wear. One night it held both my boys and I as we watched movies and they fell asleep in the bed with me. There are no pits/sagging. It was a very valuable purchase and I’m glad that it didn’t cost thousands of dollars to have comfortable rest every night.

It's a comfy bed although I did end up getting a topper for it. It was firmer then expected. You need to let it rise for like 3 days so don't go throwing your old one away!

This mattress is a great value for the price. I waited a weeks to use the bed for a while prior to reviewing. I’m very happy with this mattress and the great price point is a bonus. This mattress is a good mix of coil support and memory foam. It’s a medium support…not super soft but not feeling too firm. I had been having back pain with my high priced mattress that I was replacing. So far no back pain and a better nights sleep. Delivery was quick, set up was easy. Happy with this purchase

Comes in box so heavy, the delivery person didn't even bring it to the front door, but at the garage. You need 2 people to move this around and depending on the people, maybe 3 to move it upstairs, so be prepared. Then the unwrapping; make sure you have plenty of space around; it doesn't slide out of the box as is shown on the guide; you have to take the box apart, but be very careful when taking a knife or scissors, as the matters is pressed against the box (I tore it by hand, just to make sure). Then there's like 2 plastic wrappings; first, a cover protection, then a vacuum. Then we let it sit for a week (in weekend home); then it is easier to move around ie by sliding on the floor and put it on a frame. Then your covers, linen, etc. need to be deep enough to stretch around it. Once all that's done and you're ready to start resting, you'll be thankful to yourself because you'll get that 'hotel'-quality feel of a mattress that's both accommodating and firm at the same time (hard to explain in further detail). Already thinking about a 2nd one (why did I wait so long) ? Highly recommend, but take good care in the unwrapping and set up, moving, etc.. (ie don't try by yourself; ask a friend, etc.) !

The bed feels like a pillow!!!! Insane!!! You can feel the springs on the side of the bed, but do not worry... It does not affect how wonderful you will sleep!!!!! I gave it 5 stars because of the price and quality. I would buy this bed again!

Considering I only paid $320 I'm pretty impressed. It's obviously not going to be as nice as a $1000 mattress but I'd say it's as nice as a $600 mattress.One thing I noticed is the sidewalls are thin so you can feel all the springs in it. That doesn't effect the sleep quality any it's only on the sides if you press your hands on it.Speaking from someone who actually likes a firm mattress. I noticed reviews were saying it's firm and soft. That's not accurate at all. I can fall asleep on an MRI table. I truly like a FIRM mattress. It's way better on your back that way anyways.This is by no means super plush, and disregard anyone's review that calls it firm, they probably have back issues anyways. If you're like me and value your spine this mattress is comfortable for not being firm. It's as soft as I could possibly go with it still being comfortable to sleep on.It should also be noted that the company selling this mattress on here has impeccable customer service. Like top notch care and communication incase you run into any issues.Overall I'd say you're not going to find a better mattress for less than $500. Its a good neutral mattress for all sleep types. Great if you're on a budget or for a spare room or rental property.Oh and it got to my place like a week early so that shipping estimate is being modest.*Note*Give it the whole 3 days to fluff up. Mine was sticking around 13 inch until day 4. And you don't measure from bottom to top seam, you have to include the most plush part of the pillow top.
