I like weight, but with the one oz weights I lose room, so I added one of these 4oz weights in place of a one oz weight and gave me the weight and space I wanted to balance out the bow for what I like.

These weights were perfect for balancing out my bow. They are threaded and each came with a set screw for mounting.

Seems it's always tough to find spare weights in archery stores so I was happy to find them here at Amazon. These are not the cheapest option but the finish is very durable, and the threading is well done. The idea behind the large diameter weight is that it covers more surface area so it has more inertia and resistance to motion. However, I don't personally notice the difference if I just change the diameter of the weights going from small to large as long as the weight is kept the same. It does allow you to put more weight on in a single disk that adds less length to the stabilizer which can be important in a hunting rig.

About the only weights I could find. Too large in diameter, too thin and too expensive. $68 a pound.
