These things are amazing! If you like breweries and beer … you need this. Most places will fill this up (instead of a growler)… you out in the refrigerator and pow! You’ve got beer!

Make sure you have places to go to have it filled. During Covid a lot of bars switched to "Crowler" machines and will not fill a Growler. My local Growler bar, "Bru" in Odessa FL, just closed. Not sure where I can get it filled within a 15 minute drive. That is my problem and not the manufacturers.Holds CO2 fine. Beer stays carbonated. Tap handle can be swapped for any commercial tap handle. Easy to use.It needs a drip catcher. That is not this manufacturer's issue. It would be the same on any tapped Growler with this design. Beer taps drip. If you go to a bar and look at the kegerators, there is a tray with holes that drain through a tube down under the kegerator (I used to operate one). The problem with these is there is nothing to catch the drips or condensation. Make sure to think that through before putting one in your fridge and making a sticky mess. There are solutions.Again, I love mine. People love when I have it filled and take to parties.Know the size you want:128 oz = 8 pint glasses64 oz = 4 pint glasses1 CO2 cartridge lasts one fill, if you follow the cleaning instructions and use CO2 to wash and flush the Growler. Keep an extra cartridge handy when going to parties just in case.

We love it so much that we bought another one. We now alternate beers from our local brewery to change things up. We're even considering a third, but that would mean getting a bigger beer fridge. Huh, not a bad prospect!

I’ve been using this growler as a mini keg to force carbonate beer. I know this isn’t the intended use of this product, but purchased it on a whim to try out this potential functionality. As a side note, I’ve also used this to carbonate non-alcoholic beer with great success; just takes a bit more than a single CO2 cartridge. The CO2 regulator works well, but can take a bit of getting used to. Pouring from the tap can also be a bit tricky at first; I’ve had my fair share of beer on the counter/floor, but I chalk that up to user error. There is a bit of assembly needed to get everything working, but the instructions that came with it made things easy.My only complaint is that the dimensions of this are slightly off what is depicted. I found mine to be slightly taller, and had to get creative to fit it in my mini fridge. All in all, a great product and would buy it again in a heartbeat!

The tap device has broken on two kegs I ordered. The liquid just isn’t coming through . Tried taking it apart and putting back together, still doesn’t work. Very disappointing and hurt my small business during a busy day. Would not recommend this system. Easy to buy but not easy to maintain, not sustainable.

Came this afternoon, I cleaned it, put together per instruction. I put 7 cans of beer into it. I have a mini fridge in my computer room and it loves it in there. Just poured my 1st mug! Delicious.I don't go to bars but someday I might go to one and get draft beer in it. But I'm OK with canned.Updated...minutes later, 2 12 oz draws cost one cartridge (about $.80)

Favorite Thing about homebrewing? Drinking it. Least Favorite Thing? Cleaning all those darned bottles. This mini-keg system lets you store about a 12-pack of homebrew at a time with only one container to clean and sanitize. It's also way cooler, because YOU'RE RUNNING A KEG, DUDE, AND IT FITS IN YOUR FRIDGE! It takes your homebrewing to the next level, and if you like to buy growlers from pubs you can pour them into your mini-keg for longer storage and carbonation. My only caveat is that the tap/cap assembly doesn't seem to have a perfect seal. As a result, the CO2 cartridges only last about a week each. There's a chance that this is operator error on my part, and I'll try to screw everything on extra-tight next time. The little catridges aren't terribly expensive, but once you screw one on you can't take it off, and (in my case at least) the clock starts ticking.I still recommend the system, and I also recommend that you grab a few more mini-kegs at the same time. You'll need four of them to store a 5-gallon carboy of homebrew, and you'll want some pressure-relief caps too.Cheers!
