HOW TO PLAY:

next strikeout

Step 1

Before the game starts, shuffle the deck and deal each player 4 cards. Each player will keep these cards in front of them (there is no need to hide them from the other players). If you draw a card that you already have, place the card in the bottom of the deck and draw another card.

Next Steal

Step 2

Each card includes an event that can occur during a baseball game, a punishment, and a payout. If the event shown on the card occurs, the player must drink the punishment, place the card to the side, and draw a new card from the deck. You want to keep a stack of your completed cards so you can add your points at the end.

Players must have exactly 4 cards at all times.

Next 1-2-3 Inning

Step 3

At the end of the game, each player must add up their total points. The player with the most points WINS!

If you want to make it extra interesting, you can choose a punishment for the loser before the game starts.

I got this game for baseball season whenever we host at our place. It's a fun game to interact with your friends and family if you remember what cards you have in hand lol sometimes we do forget but overall it is a fun way to play and drink with your friends while watching games.

It seems like a fun and easy to use card game. However the cards do repeat and I feel like it is a little too expensive for what you are getting.

For a diehard baseball fan, a MLB season pass and three uninterrupted hours is really all you need. If, however, you need to secure some buy-in from the rest of the family (read: permission to watch more games) - adding a little fun into the mix is a good plan. Here’s how this little game brought my family together…Before going any further, it’s important to note that the beverages we gave our children were orange juice and chocolate milk. My wife and I took sips of our beers.I was watching the Royals take on the Rangers. My wife and kids sat down for a few minutes to watch with me. We busted out this little deck of fun and, before long, not only was my wife paying attention to every toss, my kids were glued to the screen and asking all the right questions: “Daddy, why did the umpire call that a strike?” and “Are those bases bigger??”This little deck of cards really did make a big difference with regard my family’s enjoyment of my favorite pastime (and AMERICA’S).

First of all I love playing games and I enjoy watching baseball. This is a really fun and easy game to play (honestly could even play with kids if you switch up the drinks to soda or something instead for them). So there are 100 cards in the box. The box is thick and sturdy and will last a long time. Of the cards there are 46 different ones (shown in picture). The directions are simple, everyone starts with 4 cards drawn at random and then if the event on your card happens you take a drink as listed on the card to get that number of points. Make sure you keep the completed card in a pile at your side because you need these for points. Then you draw a new card so you always have 4 cards. At the end of the baseball game you count up the number of points you have from the completed cards and whoever has the most points wins. Its a really fun game and a fun way to keep attention on the baseball game. I also really love that this group made these games for basketball and other sports as well.Get this and make watching sports even more fun, don't limit the fun to just the adults if you change up the drinks for the cards (let the kids play and give them soda or juice instead of beer). Bring the fun to everyone.
