really complete metric set!! the tools hold great for now. but the hinge of the metal case are on the cheap side.. almost no retention.. other than that I recommend this kit for the price, its a great value

I had a stripped specialty bolt on my Mazda. I figured it would be about as cheap to buy this set and fix it, as to buy a new bolt from the dealer. Surprisingly that actually worked, I was able to clean up the threads enough to reuse the bolt, and now I have a metric tap and die set on hand for the next time that happens.

I needed to chase some m4 threads on a powder coated bumper. Not sure why the manufacturer could not chase them.Tap lasted with no issues using a battery drill. Just need to pay attention so tap does not snap.The only issue is the tap and die holders are not ridged. The tap holder keeps coming loose. The die holder has too many gadgets to make it useful.

Works as intended but there were still metal flakes in the threads I had to clear out before my first time use.
